Some changes this year!
NEW for 2018Texas all beef RED-HOT SausagesI will be removing the basic sausages from our product list.
This means we will be concentrating on our signature sausages!
i.e. Loaded Italian (saute'd sweet peppers and onions and Italian cheese) in the Pork and Chicken variety.
We will not be making the plain Italian as a regular item. I will take orders for it.
Varieties available will change but call and I will do what I can to accommodate your needs!

Pork sausagesNo extra fat added. I strive for a healthier sausage alternative
pork sausages start with restaurant quality fresh Boston pork butt and is hand trimmed to remove any excessive fats or gristle
Loaded Italian (mild,med,hot) - Seasoned and sautéed sweet peppers and onions, Italian cheese and Italian seasonings with fresh (never dried) Parsley. $6.00/lbs.
Bratwurst - made with and without cheddar cheese. $5.00 or $6.00/lbs.
Smoked Hungarian - Garlic and Hungarian Paprika are the stars of this one $8.00/lbs
Breakfast sausage - Our house blend with a little kick of heat. Links or patties $5.00/lbs.
Smoked Breakfast - Same as above but smoked in our proprietary wood blend $7.00/lbs.
I use a 60/40 blend of thigh to breast meat for all chicken sausages.
